“I’m really looking forward to the challenge of working with young players to help them progress their football ability.” said Julian Read.

Jonathan Warnock, Sporting 87 FC Football Development Director and First Team Manager said “We’re delighted that Julian is continuing to coach our U18 Thurlow Nunn Team again this season. He has a long connection with the Club and is the ideal person to help our youngsters progress from the youth game into adult football. Over the past few years several players have progressed from the Thurlow Nunn Team into the First Team. Several of the squad from last year are still eligible to play but the Club is still looking for a few more players to join the squad.”
