Introduction
Non specific and unlimited free holiday club days may be provided to primary school age children that receive free school meals, or are part of a group deemed currently in need of financial support. This support is normally wholly funded by the Sporting Trust. However, on occasions when donors provide financial assistance and they wish to be known, recipients shall be informed. There are only a limited number of free places per day. When these are all taken the associated coupon code used for booking in our online shop will be turned off.
Terms and Conditions
- Privacy: Receipt of this support will be confidential between the Trust, the child’s carers and the child’s school.
- Eligibility: At the time of attending the child must be in receipt of free school meals and not be paying other providers for regular or one-off child care / sports clubs. However, attending other activities for free is an acceptable situation.
- Proof of eligibility: This will not normally be sought, but the Trust reserves the right to check with the child’s school, and where applicable other activity provider(s), that its conditions are being met (full payment is required if a child is found not eligible).
- Permission to book: All users must be given permission to book before doing so: a booking coupon code will then be supplied. The name of the child’s school must be supplied in the booking details.
- Telling friends: You may share knowledge and contact details of this scheme with carers of children who receive free school meals, but not the coupon code itself.
- Cancelling a booking: It is acceptible to not attend a free booking for illness, family emergency and other extraordinary reasons. Please advise us as soon as possible of non-attendance so that we may offer the place to another child. If your child fails to attend without explanation all remaining bookings will be cancelled, and you will be refused similar support in the future.
