Cameron Brown Wins FA National Coach of the Year Award

Huge congratulations to Academy Lead Coach Cameron Brown who has won FA National Coach of the Year, being presented with his award at Wembly this week.

This superb attainment follows on from a long list of achievements for Cameron. In July 2014 he won FA Young Volunteer of the Year Award, the previous November he was ‘highly commended’ for FA Young Volunteer of the Year Award 2013

Cameron has volunteered over 1200 hours in the past two years. He is a Mentor as well as a Coach at Sporting 87 FC and managing a Club team. He is also a lead coach for the Sporting Trust Academy.

Cameron is also a fully qualified 11 a side referee as well as Schools Promotion Manager for the new WAYs League in Bury St Edmunds. He is also on the FA Youth Council.

Cameron has Level 3 qualifications in Coaching.
