Description

Men’s futsal league team place.
A team is anticipated to comprise six members, but this is not mandatory, you can decide to have more or less.
FREE six men’s futsal shirts when you sign on.
Tuesdays between 7.15pm and 10.00pm.
In the sports hall at the Victory Sports Ground.

Important things to note:

1. Football activities are provided for 50 weeks of the year, with 2 rest weeks at Christmas.
2. Each upcoming four week membership fee is collected automatically at the start of that period. One month’s notice of contract termination is required.
3. The provided shirts or matching team supplied shirts should be worn to all activities.
4. Please email each player’s details immediately after booking. For each please provide:
   • Date of birth
   • Address
   • Telephone
   • Email
   • Next of kin name, relationship and telephone
